Admitted to Maryland Bar, 1977. Attorney. Member, Maryland State Bar Association; Maryland State's Attorneys' Association. Former chair, Carroll County Republican Central Committee. Member, Post 467, Veterans of Foreign Wars; Vietnam Veterans of America; National Rifle Association; Post 31, Westminster, American Legion; Sykesville Lodge #1848, Fraternal Order of the Moose.
