The Advisory Committee on the Management and Protection of the State's Water Resources was created by the Governor in December 2002 (Executive Order 01.01.2002.05; Executive Order 01.01.2003.08). Also known as the Water Resource Management Advisory Committee, the Committee made recommendations to the Governor on how to ensure that water resources will be adequate, protected, and available.
On May 28, 2004, the Committee submitted its report to the Governor.
