Director, American College for Cultural Studies, 1998-2000. Executive Director, Institute on the Constitution, 2005- (director, 2001-04). Board Member, Northern Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce, 1990-92. Board of Directors, Rockbridge Academy, 1999-2003. Legislator of the Year, Gun Owners of America, 2006. Married; three children.
