Admitted to Maryland Bar, 1981; District of Columbia Bar, 1984; Fourth, D.C. and Federal Circuits, U.S. Court of Military Appeals, and U.S. Supreme Court, 1985. Member, Harford County and Maryland State Bar Associations. Currently serving as a Lt. Colonel, Maryland Army National Guard, Judge Advocate General's Corps (bronze star medal; meritorious service medal; army commendation medal (3rd award); army achievement medal (4th award); army reserve components achievement medal (3rd award); national defense service medal (2nd award); armed forces reserve medal; global war on terrorism service medal; Afghanistan campaign medal; army service ribbon; army reserve components overseas training ribbon (3rd award); Maryland state service medal (2nd award); humanitarian service medal; Maryland active duty medal).
