Attorney. Member, Maryland State Bar Association. Past president, North Point Improvement Association; past president, St. Luke's Holy Name Society. Member, Beth Council Knights of Columbus; Edgemere Moose; North Point Peninsula Community Coordinating Council. Selected as one of the Ten Outstanding Legislators in United States, Assembly of Governmental Employees, 1982. Conservationist of the Year, Clean Water Action, 1986.
